My guest today is Dr Tim Crowe, who has spent 25 years as an academic in the field of nutrition, with both a Masters Degree and PhD in the area. His research career spans laboratory molecular biology research right through to clinical nutrition trials and he is the co-author of Understanding Nutrition, a textbook used by many Universities in Australian and New Zealand in nutrition and dietetics courses.
In this podcast, we discuss The Good, The Bad & The Ugly of inflammation, popular diets and nutritional supplements and Tim does a great job of separating the science from the marketing hype.
Check out Tim's awesome website with lots of nutrition articles and his podcast.
