Today's guest is Raamon Newman, who was an elite-level college athlete at multiple sports until he encountered burnout. He then went to do a life rest by becoming a full-time Monk for a year, and ended up spending 10 years of full-time meditation practice.
Raamon now uses the insights he gained to coach people to a better level of balance and coherence in their lives and in today's podcast, he shares some of those tips.
