A Lockdown Survival Kit for Teens & Adults with Carly Taylor

View descriptionShare

As Melbourne ticks past 200 days in lockdown, around half of all Australians are currently in lockdown and our Kiwi cousins across the ditch have just gone into a very strict one.  This is taking a huge toll on our mental health, and especially that of teenagers.

In this podcast, Paul & Carly Taylor discuss the dark side of social media (we all know the benefits) and the myriad of lifestyle choices that we all make in lockdown that hugely influence whether we will emerge from this with our mental health intact, or impacted.

If you or your teen are struggling with your mental health, there's some excellent resources at Beyond Blue. Also see Carly's website if you want coaching for yourself or your teenager.
