This is a reflective chat and by no means a recommendation for you to go out right now and buy all the supplements! You need to make sure you’re fully aware of supplements and their interactions in the body, before you start just picking any and taking them.  Just because a very cool ad on socials has come up showing how amazing and incredible they are, doesn’t mean that they will work for you.
