In a highly publicized case, Lucky Mthembu breathed a
huge sigh of relief after the arrest of her ex fiancée,
Philani Ntuli, in 2018, for the murder of another
woman.

Lucky ended her relationship with Philani in 2016 after
he brutally assaulted her and she was admitted to
hospital with a broken ankle.

After the break up, Lucky’s life became a nightmare because Philani couldn’t accept that the relationship had ended, so he started stalking her and threatening
her family.

Lucky’s mother’s car was set alight and her mother
was later murdered - although there was no direct
evidence Philani was involved, Lucky has deep
suspicions.
