Born and raised in Alex, Thato’s love for cooking comes from growing
up in a community rich in culture, flavour, and shared meals.
He trained professionally at the International Hotel School, but at his
core, he believes food is about connection; bringing people together,
creating memories, and telling stories through taste.
Today, he’s showcasing a spread that blends finesse with soul, including
springbok carpaccio, comforting pork belly, and decadent chocolate
tart.
