Born and raised in KwaZulu-Natal, Chef Noli’s love for food is deeply
rooted in heritage, tradition, and the vibrant cultural richness of her
homeland. A graduate of the HTA Culinary School in Johannesburg, she
has built a brand that celebrates both refined dining and the comforting familiarity of local flavours.
Through Plushly Plated, she and her team not only offer private chef
and catering services, but also help shape menus, train staff, and
elevate culinary experiences across Johannesburg. Today, she’s brought
that plush experience into our studio, and we cannot wait to explore
the stories behind the flavours.
