Dr. Lindsey Mathews on the BIRTHFIT Movement

View descriptionShare

Pregnancy and childbirth are joyous and miraculous. However, they are also the most physically and emotionally challenging experiences a woman can endure. Dr. Lindsey Mathews created a movement called BIRTHFIT to offer a supportive community for women in motherhood transition and all cycles of life. Strength conditioning, nutritional guidance, emotional support, and educational resources are what make the BIRTHFIT community so popular.

In today’s episode, we meet Dr. Lindsey Mathews and hear about her BIRTHFIT mission. She explains the birthing dream team approach and dispels some myths and misconceptions around pregnancy and postnatal care.
