How to convert your marketing leads into sales

If you are investing your time and money into creating some awesome marketing, then this marketing should be driving a consistent flow of leads to your business. 

But how are you handling those leads? When those leads call your business or email you or fill in a contact form on your website, to find out if your business is the solution to their problem, who is carefully guiding them to the next step – which is hopefully a conversion into a client or customer.

Kirsten Karbowiak has held a variety of sales positions over the past 15 years.

For nine of those  years, she worked her way up the sales and leadership ranks of Flight Centre where she was consistently in the top 50 Business Development Manager’s globally and hit the peak of her career with the company in 2015 being named #1 Business Development Manager in Australia. 

In this episode, she shares her insight about how to ensure that you are not wasting a single cent of your marketing investment by looking after the leads that your marketing generates.
