In today's podcast Paul has a conversation with Jim Rothermich of Iowa Appraisals on the land price trends in Iowa over the last six months. Even with all of the turmoil in the farm sector, the average price per CSR2 in Iowa is actually up a $1 from December 2025 with increased volume. It appears that it may be even stronger going into the last half of the year.
