Meet Hunter Bennett

Dr. Hunter Bennett is a Lecturer in Exercise and Sport Science at the University of South Australia. He completed his PhD in 2020, focusing on movement assessment and exercise prescription. Hunter has been teaching at UniSA since 2012, covering courses such as Exercise Physiology and Exercise Prescription. His research interests include functionally relevant training outcomes for athletic, healthy, and clinical populations. He also supervises several PhD, masters, and honours students in Exercise Science.
