Meet Clint.Bellenger

Dr Clint Bellenger is a Lecturer in Human Movement, Exercise, and Sport Science at the University of South Australia. He previously worked as a sports physiologist at the South Australian Sports Institute and the Australian Institute of Sport. Clint's research focuses on training-induced fatigue, performance recovery, and athlete health. He completed his PhD in 2016, investigating autonomic heart rate regulation. His interests include performance recovery, athlete health and Autonomic HR regulation for performance monitoring.
