Everyday can't be the same, and especially in COVID times, where everyone is trying to make sense of everything going on, it's okay to have low moments. Let your low moments or  breaking points be the catalyst of change and make you strong and you will emerge more powerful. 

From your darkest phase, you will learn the most in life. Give yourself some time to befriend those feelings of sadness and anxiety. Allow yourself to feel them and move past them. My technique of meditation, breathing exercises bring me back to the center. It really helped me.

Get enough sleep, give yourself break, understand your limits. Remember, you will always make it through.
