Episode 3 Quotable moments:
19:22: “The unfortunate thing about the body is there is no linear path to gaining, uh, to losing weight, to gaining muscle. It's, there are gonna be times where the body has to adjust. It has to get used to what you're doing, and then it allows for the chance to reevaluate.”

20:15: “Don't completely change what you've been doing and go to another plan and jump ship because it's just a good time to assess, to say, okay, when I'm in a caloric deficit, my body is stressed. You know, metabolism does start to decrease, especially if you are losing weight.”

25:04: “I think increasing walking or increasing steps is probably one of the best things to do too. So if the diet's in check, exercise is in check, and you don't wanna add in any extra sessions because we know that that's not the best way to go about stimulating those adaptations, walking is probably the best thing to do.”

28:12: “We never wanna look at anything from an acute perspective. We wanna zoom out. And if we do what we need to do over time, it's gonna go in the direction we want it to. It's just never super easy. It's never gonna be perfect.”
