October is Farm to School Month a chance to celebrate those that make farm to school programs possible such as local producers and school nutrition professionals.

Around 68,000 students, teachers, and community members throughout Minnesota have registered to partake in Farm to School Month.

Helen Schnoes is the lead farm to school staff with the Minnesota Department of Agriculture and talks about how the state celebrates this month.
