What began as an ordinary day turned into devastation when the River Range Ranch temple structure collapsed, claiming lives, injuring worshippers, and leaving families, first responders and an entire community grappling with shock, grief and unanswered questions. The collapse claimed five lives, while 14 people were injured. With rescue and recovery work completed, the site has now been handed over to the police and Labour Department for further investigation. Joining us in studio to talk about this tragedy Prem Balram, spokesperson for Reaction Unit South Africa, who was on the scene and Dr Jonathan Annipen, community activist, deeply involved in community support and advocacy and Dr Msizi Myeza - CEO at the Council for the Built Environment.
