Arrie Rautenbach recently completed the NorthCape4000, a self-supported ultra-distance cycling challenge that took him from Rovereto in Italy all the way to Norway's North Cape. More than 4,000 kilometres, more than 30,000 metres of climbing, and, an enormous physical and mental challenge. But what makes his achievement even more remarkable is that Arrie lives with Parkinson's disease and he undertook this journey to show people that while a diagnosis can change your life, there can still be a road ahead.
