Tyler Jones and I go back. Not decades back, but back to the first ever podcast I hosted during a previous career.
During an interview, I heard my favorite author Chuck Palahniuk (the mastermind behind Fight Club) recommend Tyler's book Criterium. To this day, it remains one of my favorite horror stories.
This came at a time when I was about to launch a podcast about books. So after following Tyler and getting a follow back, I slid him a DM and asked if he'd be interested in being a guest. He said yes but unbeknownst to me, I was the first person to ever interview him.
Since then, he's released a ton of work, including but not limited to, Enter Softly and Almost Ruth.
We had a great time catching up and you'll enjoy getting inside the mind of a horror writer.
Please do me a solid and check him out HERE. You'll thank me later. :)
