No matter what our relationship to others, if there's a relationship or a connection, at some point there will be conflict.  In this episode, Sandy discusses what to do when we experience those inevitable relationship ruptures.

Some of the issues discussed include:

  • Conflict in relationship is normal.
  • It's impossible to be in harmony with everyone all of the time.
  • What to do when ruptures appear?
  • Taking ownership, and who owns which part of the conflict.
  • Forgiving and moving on.
  • Realising that other people don't always have self-awareness or emotional intelligence.
  • The 4 R's of relationships - we can't get to refine and repair without remorse and repentance.
  • Disconnect affects different people in different ways.
