We've begun rolling out a new series in our video library called "Everyday Routines". This series consists of various exercises and workouts that you can do safely everyday without risk of over use and over working your body. Gentle, safe and reliable movements to help your body stay active and healthy each week. For this episode we wanted to share a few thoughts on why we created this series and how these workouts can be helpful to you.

In This Episode You Will Learn:

1). A quick introduction to this new exercise series called "Everyday Routines" and where you can find them on our YouTube channel and website.

2). Why it's important to embrace some kind of intentional movement everyday which helps promote better wellness and longevity.

3). Some of Meredith's personal experiences in training clients of all ages and their thoughts on doing some kind of exercise or movement on a daily basis.

4). Meredith's thoughts on how she designed these exercise routines and why they are safe for you to perform on a daily basis.

5). Who might benefit the most from this new series of exercise videos.
