We live in a world that so often encourages us towards more — more healing, more learning, more growth, more success, more improvement. But when is enough … enough?
In this episode, we explore what happens when we stop seeing enough as a finish line. Can we be grateful for what we have and still desire more? Can we recognise that we've done enough for today without deciding we're finished? And can growth come from curiosity rather than from believing there's something about us that needs fixing?
Perhaps enough and more aren't opposites.
Perhaps enough says, nothing is missing from this moment for this moment to be whole.
And more simply says, I'm still curious about what else there is to experience.
THE TAROT — Four of Pentacles
The Four of Pentacles asks us to notice what we may be holding onto too tightly. When does structure become restriction? When does protecting what we have prevent us from sharing it — or experiencing what else might be possible?
Perhaps the deeper question is: If I loosen my grip, can I trust that I'll still be okay?
