Quadriplegic organises 'Toti games to make beach accessible for disabled

An 18-year old quadriplegic and his father have a dream of making all South Africa's beaches accessible to the disabled. To raise funds for this, Reece Smith and his father, Wesley, organised the Waters Sweet Games during the festive season in Amanzimtoti. 
It will see people with disabilities taking part in sporting events together with able-bodied people. Dries Liebenberg reports . . .
