The South African National Taxi Council (SANTACO) in KwaZulu-Natal has launched an initiative to address food insecurity in South Africa. The taxi council signed a memorandum of agreement with food producer - Big Five Foods - to roll out low-cost nutritional meals at taxi ranks across the province.
