The pressure on wild food sources in the ocean and on land has reached a point where it cannot sustain the world's population any longer. That's according to Durban-based chef, Johannes Richter. He believes that the use of sustainable agricultural methods can lessen the impact of people's food needs on nature. Richter uses mostly locally grown heirloom crops, which are produced sustainably.
