Meet Ben Vasiliou, he's CEO of a large Melbourne based youth services not-for-profit doing incredible things for at risk youth and homelessness. A very awesome human I was blessed to speak to about so many things it's almost too difficult to write these show notes.  From his experience with neurodiversity, academia & learning. Harnessing his optimal operating system. Having his father become a heroin addict and abandon the family. Experiencing the grief no 16 year old should through the passing of his mother by the time he was 16. Discovering his father wasn't actually even his father anyway. Choosing and un-choosing drugs, crime and the wrong path. His definition of love. Embracing, accepting and honouring his sexuality and navigating the change in family dynamics as his wife and kids embraced his sexuality alongside him.
