So it's been a hot minute since I did a solo episode, and this one’s a bit of a brain dump on the wild ride I’ve been on lately - physically, mentally, hormonally. We just hit the five-year mark for the podcast (can you believe it?!), and I wanted to jump on and share what’s been going on behind the scenes. From turning 40 and jumping back into hardcore training, to navigating perimenopause, ADHD meds, burnout, and finally getting on HRT including testosterone - this ep is me pulling back the curtain.
