Why are difficult conversations so... well, difficult? And how can we stop avoiding them and learn to navigate these conversations around the things that are causing us tension, conflict, anxiety, miscommunication and strained relationships?
It's something that (as the grown-up I apparently am) I have personally been focusing on in recent times, and I'm sure I'm not the only one raising my hand to admit I've spent a good number of opportunities ducking and weaving the old hard-chat scenario and taking what I tell myself is the easy path (when in fact, it's usually the tougher path in the long run). This ep is an easy conversation with our resident guru Harps who's had a few more of these chats than I have, so I've got my notepad and pen ready to be schooled... Best you grab yours!
