How often do you actually take a moment to consciously feel gratitude?

How often do you express that gratitude to someone who perhaps played a part in you experiencing it?

I know it's something I've had to become conscious of... realising ya'll don't live inside my head and that my internal experiences are mine and mine alone unless I open up and share them. (crazy, I know)

But the benefits of gratitude (and kindness) are widely researched, cited and very much proven to have a very real and very positive effect on our thinking and our emotional (and physical) state. So here I am throwing a little gratitude stone in the pond of humanity and hope it ripples out far and wide.
