I've known Christian Varney a few years now... right back in those days when I would have laughed at you if you were to tell me I would be a personal trainer one day, in fact!

He's undoubtedly my favourite and most up-to-date-with-current-knowledge allied health dude.  As you can imagine I've crossed paths with more than a few...  there are a handful I wholeheartedly trust without question when it comes to my health and the health and function of my clients/athletes.

Christian holds a double degree in Chiropractic care with further studies in Paediatrics, Pre/Post Natal Care, Clinical Nutrition... In addition to this he completed 400 hours of study in Functional Neurology with the Carrick Institute which he incorporates into his chiro practice.

Today I’ve begged, groveled and pleaded for Christian get in front of the mic to talk all things running.  Right now there’s a huge number of you reading this that would tell me you can’t run or why running is bad for you...
