The amazingly articulate and resilient superstar Ashleigh Webb is back not only to chat with us on the show, but she's back from SUCCESSFULLY swimming the English Channel and raising $25,000 for the Kallan Lodge Foundation in aid of mental health and suicide awareness and support.
In this episode we dive in (see what I did there) to hearing about what it's actually like to take on such a pledge, land in France, face ridiculously cold water in pitch black dark conditions, swim with jellyfish in your undies for 90 minutes (true story) and even do yourself a hell of an injury by unexpectedly power-chucking underwater... Sounds like a real treat huh? Well, if you didn't respect this human before then you sure will after hearing this!
