This week we talk systems thinking and more with Bailey Lenart:

Starting her career in accounting, Bailey leveraged her experience and understanding of the ‘language of business’ to pivot into Tech.
Bailey spent eight years at Xero in a variety of leadership roles across sales, marketing, product and technology where she discovered a love of leadership, organisation design, collaborative decision making, product thinking and creating empowered teams. 
After Xero, Bailey joined the team at Sharesies where she established and led empowered product teams and led change initiatives to support scale across the business. 
Bailey realised during her stint at Sharesies that she was passionate about supporting purpose driven businesses to do the inner work needed to make a positive impact on the world.
In July 2022 Bailey read the phrase ‘world changing business’ in a book by Carol Sandford and went straight to the Companies Office website. Since then Bailey has been establishing a new way of working using all of the skills she learned along the way.
