Dion joined the world of product 3 years ago as a PO in the Expenses team having made an unconventional pivot from sales. Although sales isn't the usual (or even ideal) background for product management that was where he had developed his passion for solving customer problems  and has taken key learnings gained from sales and from his previous studies and interests in Economics and Finance, into his role. Now in the Senior Product Manager role, Dion is committed to helping drive modern practices and mindsets into his team, like continuous discovery and behavioural science/design.
