But if we only focus on diet plans and gym memberships, may we be missing the bigger picture? We’re joined by Psychologist Tinyiko Mavasa as we unpack the emotional, psychological, and behavioral relationship we have with food. Why do we eat the way we eat? How do stress, trauma, and environment shape our choices? And most importantly how do we begin to build a healthier relationship with what’s on our plate?
