When disaster strikes, the first response is almost always the same; food parcels, blankets, temporary shelter, emergency aid. And while that immediate relief is critical, an important question often goes unasked… What happens to the community after the temporary relief runs out? We’re joined by Hulisani Mabaya, a 38-year-old Hip-Hop/Rap artist from Venda and an entrepreneur who believes real change happens when communities are empowered economically.
