Relationship Traumas: the silent partner in the relationship.

View descriptionShare

There are times in relationships when being silent is acceptable and can even be seen as productive. For example when a couple, or even just one partner, may take a thoughtful timeout from a heated argument to cool off or gather their thoughts. But what distinguishes this silence from the silent treatment is that the timeout is mindful and there is an assumption or agreement that they will revisit the topic again later. We are in conversation with Inspirational Speaker,  Relationship and Life Coach, Trevor Kamoto as we take a look at how the silent treatment impacts intimacy and trust in a relationship.
