Today, we’re joined by rising gospel artist and worship minister Dominic, who is carving out her own space in the gospel music scene. We’ll hear more about her musical journey, the experiences that have shaped her sound, her faith, and what it means to use her gift to minister to others.

But today, the way we think about relationships, marriage and parenthood is changing. We are joined by Relationship and Marriage life coach Lulama Mthembu and Transforming Life Speaker, Trevor Kamoto as we tackle why are we preparing for the relationship to fail before it has even had the chance to succeed? Is this a sign that people are becoming more realistic about relationships and recognising that circumstances can change? We are in conversation with Zak, the creative alter ego of Lagos-born, South Africa-based artist Ayobola Kekere-Ekun. With a background in Graphic Design and advanced degrees in Visual Arts from the University of Lagos, Ayobola is currently pursuing a PhD in Art and Design at the University of Johannesburg. Through Zak, she explores the relationship between material, repetition, movement and time. Using folded lengths of fabric, she creates sculptural paintings that sit somewhere between painting and sculpture, transforming soft, pliable surfaces into intricate landscapes of folds, shadows, colour and texture. We speak to Zak about her work as a contemporary visual artist and solo exhibition called Terrains of Memory.

Vote counting was temporarily suspended on Friday the 14th  following reports of violence against polling staff and the alleged theft of ballot papers. We speak to  Ras Advocate Sipho Mantula who is a Pan-Afrikan researcher on the Zambian elections and we also look at  SADC day happening in KZN.

Roman Eugene Cameron is from Eersterust in Pretoria, South Africa. Five years ago he was diagnosed with vitamin B12 deficiency that caused spinal cord degeneration. In his five years as a wheelchair user he has played wheelchair rugby for his hometown and represented his team at a 5s national team camp. He is an adaptive CrossFit athlete ranked 5th in the world in the Hip Division. Outside the gym he is a scuba diver who loves how the ocean gives him freedom of movement and a view of creation that inspires him. For our feel good story today we speak to Roman who’s  story goes beyond sport.
