Following two hearings of a matter between the Emfuleni Local Municipality (ELM) and Eskom Holding SOC LTD, the municipality welcomes the High Court decision ordering the power utility to suspend the Writ of attachment of its bank accounts since the decision was unconstitutional, unlawful and invalid from the start.   Thabiso Kotane speaks to Emfuleni Local Municipality spokesperson, Makhosonke Sangweni.
