Speaking during his State of the Province Address (SOPA) on Monday, Lesufi detailed a significant growth strategy aimed at integrating more regions into the high-speed rail system. The proposed expansion will stretch the network to include major hubs such as Soweto, Atteridgeville, Mamelodi, and Fourways, as well as various parts of the West Rand.
