The South African Restructuring and Insolvency Practitioners Association, SARIPA, has welcomed investigation by the Special Investigation Unit into allegations of corruption, fraud and maladministration" in the offices of the Master of the High Court around the country. Earlier this week, the country's Justice Minister Ronald Lamola, announced that all the offices countrywide would be shut down for two days to carry out site combing. A new online portal on men and HIV which will seek to accelerate action on gender equality and support global efforts to increase men's use of HIV services has been launched. The online resource is the brainchild of the non-profit organizations Sonke Gender Justice and Promundo with support from the Joint United Nations Programme on HIV and AIDS, UNAIDS.
