A new online portal on men and HIV which will seek to accelerate action on gender equality and support global efforts to increase men's use of HIV services has been launched. The online resource is the brainchild of the non-profit organizations Sonke Gender Justice and Promundo with support from the Joint United Nations Programme on HIV and AIDS, UNAIDS. South Africa's National Council Against Smoking, NCAS, says stopping smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes or vapes, as well as eliminating exposure to second-hand smoke, should be high on the list of measures to prevent COVID-19 infection.
