We are all in Sales. Whether your job requires you to sell goods or services or if your sales strategies are focused on selling ideas – we are all salespeople at different points in each day.

The key to sales of course is knowing the needs of the person(s) you’re selling to, knowing your good, service, or idea, and making them match.

Knowing the different personality types and their preferences through the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) can make a world of difference in our success rate.

In this episode Kate walks us through how to use the MBTI to make sure our ideas are clearly understood in someone’s preferred style of thinking, and she talks with Catherine Plumb who works as an Interior Designer. She shares her approach to selling ideas to her clients and how the MBTI makes all the difference.
