During the pandemic, Lori Oberbroeckling noticed some mums were handling the situation differently. It looks like they were really keeping it together while others looked like they were falling apart. Why did some mums feel like they were still in control? What were they doing differently? Why were they “Supermoms?”

Lori interviewed nearly 200 mums to get their insights and found the secrets of these supermoms were about balancing work, family and personal life in a different way. And she discovered that everyone can be a Supermom.

Guest: Lori Oberbroeckling

Lori is a wife and mom of four, all while working as a leader in corporate America, and nurturing several side-hustles. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology with graduate training in marriage and family therapy and counseling. She helps moms who want it all develop the skills, habits, and confidence to happily have it all.
