Felice’s menu or the heart of the establishment is the kitchen according to Chef Twain Mafoko, having grown up under the mentorship of his mother who owned a catering business.

This helped him establish a broad palate and passion for food, inspired by his early memories of Asian influences in the food he ate growing up, such as soy and curry.
