I was on my way to the library to do some work, when I walked past a playing field where two young lads were doing sprint practice.

Their coach was calling out directions.  But something about exactly WHAT the coach was telling them do, caught my eye.

And it reminded me of a time early on in my business when I made the mistake of putting all my eggs in one basket … and how I managed to turn the situation around.
