Simon Lim puts the spotlight on Victor Tang who is a legacy consultant. A legacy consultant is able to help one on legacy matters (including finances and wealth/assets distribution) before one's passing.
Legacy planning is important to ensure that the deceased's decisions are honored and can possibly prevent family disputes.
