Sligo has seen the biggest jump in house prices in the North West over the past year.
Property prices in Sligo have risen by €20,000 in the last year, according to the latest MyHome Property Price Report.
The report for Q2 2026, shows that the median asking price for a property in the county is now €230,000. That means prices have risen €7,500 over the quarter.
Property prices in Donegal rose by €11,000 while County Leitrim saw an increase of €1,000 over the same period.
