09/16/26: Eric Rice is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and Harvard Law School, and was named a 2021 Minnesota Lawyer Attorney of the Year. Angela Lipps is being represented by Dane DeKrey of Moorhead and Eric Rice of St. Paul, and they are requesting a jury trial.
