Vera Krewsun, Heidi Claus and David Yonki join the show to shed a spotlight on the disease and local support group for area residents living with Generalized MG - or gMG - and highlight an upcoming free educational event happening April 23rd. Vera's husband, Harry, helped start the group, based out of Moosic, in 2011. He was diagnosed with MG in 2004. Bass said the 8.2 mile run will take place May 16th, and will start and end at Grotto Pizza. Proceeds from the event will support community programs - particularly around first responders.
