Asking someone how much money they make is often seen as rude or taboo, but University of Hawaii researcher Rachel Inafuku encourages people to talk about it. She found full-time working women are earning less than men in 74% of jobs in Hawaii, and the gender pay gap is even larger in higher-paying jobs.
