Neil Humphreys and his daughter had two events this week - Chinese New Year with their Singapore ‘godmother’ and Neil’s mother’s 70th birthday. Both events were a chance for Neil to remind his daughter to make time for the elder family members who really matter. It’s the right thing to do, but it’ll also boost his daughter’s emotional intelligence (as long as she doesn’t repeat her grandmother’s rude jokes).
